Helping dogs find their forever homes
The Mornington Peninsula Dog Rescue was formed with the goal of rescuing and rehoming dogs in need.
Mornington Peninsula Dog Rescue Incorporated (MDPRI) is a not-for-profit organisation committed to the welfare of all dogs, regardless of size, breed or circumstance. Through our fully-supported ‘foster to adopt’ process, our team of dedicated volunteers work hard to secure a loving, long-term home for our rescued dogs.
MDPRI provides ongoing education and support to our valued fosterers and adopters throughout the fostering and adoption transition period, and beyond. Our many success stories are testament to the program we offer and the genuine effort we place on providing dogs for adoption that are ‘dog and family’ friendly.
Our organisation relies on the unwavering support of admin volunteers, foster carers, adopters, sponsors and the loving homes our adopters provide. For that, we are truly grateful.

Tens of thousands of dogs are surrendered each year in Australia. By adopting a dog from the Mornington Peninsula Dog Rescue Incorporated, you are saving a life and allowing us to continue to save more.
VOLUNTEER
We warmly welcome volunteers who are willing to assist us with our fundraising events, dog transportation and office administration. If you possess a skill that you believe could benefit our rescue efforts, we would love to hear from you.

Donations to MPDRI
Your donation will help pay for food, desexing, microchipping, vaccination, transportation, worming, defleaing and and medical treatments or surgeries any of our dogs require.
With your valuable support, we can ensure continued care for the dogs surrendered to us and allow us to help more dogs in need.
